How to fix the network issues on HP Officejet Pro 6968

First, restart your computer, HP Officejet Pro 6968 printer, and wireless router connection.
Do some trial printing to check the network flow.
Try to connect the network using an HP Printer control panel.
On the control panel, hold the wireless button and simultaneously turn on WPS on your connected router.
If prompt, enter the SSID and password on the required field. Add HP OJ Pro 6968 printer using the list of the printer name.
Connect the computer and HP Officejet Pro 6968 printer to a similar network.

WINDOWS

If your computer is not connected, diagnose using HP Scan and doctor on your windows.
Run the updated IP address utility on Windows by start-programs-HP – updated IP Address.
Further, launch the printer software and type the printer name, and add a printer to it.
And save the file to update your software.

MAC

Using the menu bar in the upper right corner, click the Wi-Fi icon to connect the Mac device to the network.
Make sure if your Mac OS is up to date.
Ensure if there are any changes on the wireless router. Do the required changes on the essential field like SSID password, or else the network name has been hidden from the broadcast.
Check the VPN connection. If it is under an enabled state, turn off the VPN connection.
In case the IP address has been changed recently, do the requirement on your Mac devices.
