  • Continue with the on-screen set of procedures and complete the HP Smart App software setup process.
  • After that, open the installed HP Smart App software. Choose the icon- Diagnose & Fix given in the bottom-left corner.
  • Select the Start option and proceed with the on-screen procedure. Finish the process and ensure the problem is fully fixed.
  • Make sure the printer paper tray has a suitable set of sheets.
  • Download HP Print and Scan Doctor software on the Windows device.
  • Run the software setup file and continue with the on-screen steps.
  • Open the software and select the start option to choose the Envy printer. Now, run the diagnostic and complete the process.
  • Access the Printers & Scanners section on the Windows device.
